Technology

	KEY FEATURES: 1 - NEW Front Zip 2 - X10D jersey 3 - SD2 Tape 2.0
SD2 TAPE 2.0 This new stitching process brings more durability, water-proofness and flexibility to our wetsuits.		Our SD² TAPE becomes SD² TAPE 2.0. The neoprene panels are still sealed together and then sewed with «blind-stitches». Then the SD² tape is now welded to the seam by an air heater machine, unlike past years when the tape was hand glued. This new process brings more durability, water-proofness and flexibility to our wetsuits.
STRATEGIC STRUCTURE Some areas are very sensitive to friction, tensions and tearing. All MANERA wetsuits have been designed with a demanding brief including:		. Avoiding seams in tensions area, to maximize flexibility and strength. . Making sure the seams are stretched vertically and not in a horizontal way. . Removing seams from friction areas, which avoids rash and increases stretch capacity. . Reinforcing strategic parts and panels right where it needs to be.
SEALING PRINT Sealing prints make the ankles and wrists stiffer. It has a joint role that keeps the water away, and maintains the arms and legs panels in place. It is made to be just stretch enough to put-on and remove the wetsuit easily.
3D DESIGN The shape of the wetsuit has been developed to naturally fit the human body, so the neoprene flexibility is used only when you move.		Wetsuits designed for Kitesurfers, MANERA wetsuits are directly designed on a model in a Kitesurf-specific position, for a much more natural feeling while riding. Freedom of movement and comfort are significantly increased compared to classic wetsuits.
TRIPLEX X10D The TRIPLEX X10D offers unparalleled freedom of movement. The X10D has a light weight and extremely flexible jersey interior. Less warm than the MAGMA, it is perfect for riders who need a lot of freedom of movement.
		The X10D inside layer is the most flexible material you can find, it makes you feel stretch and light, with a good feeling on the skin.
		Manera upgraded the neoprene foam with the Air-foam, which is lighter version of the former N-foam. Having less weight means improved comfort & endurance. It also features the best flex & insulation of the market, with the quilted touch you love in a Manera suit.
		Re-flex skin Better than human skin. The RE-FLEX outside skin is extremely stretch, smooth, durable, UV-resistant, it enhances your movements and makes them more explosive.
FUSION CUT The different neoprene layers are fused on the tips of arms and legs to make it thinner and more aesthetic. It prevents water from coming in and also protects the inside neoprene foam (N FOAM) by covering it.
