Presentation of the F-One Mirage Carbon front-wing
Foiling has unleashed a fantastic riding potential in light wind but it has also proven to be a fanstastic support to carve some lines on flat water or small waves alike. Imagine a foil that is stable and lifts you at low speed so you can succeed all your transitions or tricks, a foil that glides and can accelerate so you can race you mates for short moment, before you bank on a nice wave to lay a perfect turn. This foil is the Mirage foil.
Built using the Monobloc construction with pre-preg carbon, those foils are both very light and really strong. This set-up offers better load transmission and better stiffness throughout the different parts for maximum control. The Titan connection allows to plug both an aluminium or carbon mast and the fuselage is split in two parts to facilitate transportation.
The Mirage wings are recommended with the C220 Surf stab. This stabilizer offers fantastic glide and great carving potential. Fast and agile it will serve perfectly the Mirage wings with effortless turns and thrilling accelerations.
The Mirage Carbon fron-wing is available in 2 different sizes:
- 800 cm² – the most versatile size of the range offers good lift, good glide and super smooth manoeuvrability.
- 1000 cm² – the largest model offers absolute speed control, early lift and is great at low speed transitions. Can also be used on Surf or SUP foils when riding regular waves.

Having a stiff and solid assembly between all the parts of the foil, is key to making it perform at its best as well as easy to handle.
The connection of the front wing with the fuselage is highly stressed and loaded, it is one of the critical area of the assembly in terms of structures.
|The MONOBLOC wings are molded together with the fuselage in one shot, thereby removing the connection and the chances for unwanted and parasitic movements.
The structural fibers of the fuselage are spread into the wing to achieve the most natural, sound and light connection.
It is also incredibly stiff and provide absolute control at all times, with the foil responding perfectly to all of the riders input.
When the overall dimensions are too large for convenient transportation, a connection is set into the fuselage, behind the mast where the loads are smaller.
With Pre-preg fabrics, the carbon fiber is directly impregnated with epoxy resin by its manufacturer; this guarantees a perfect ratio between epoxy and carbon, and represents the highest quality process. The material is stored in cooled rooms and catalyzes at 120° C in a mold.
|The Pre-preg fibers must travel in refrigerated trucks and be stored frozen. The refined ratio between carbon fiber and epoxy resin provides the lightest weight with the best mechanical properties of carbon fiber.|

The TITAN connection enables a very stiff and direct connection between two parts, locking efficiently any movement in all directions.

The F-ONE aluminium mast can be used for all disciplines, kite, surf, sup and windsurf. The profile is extruded with precision from 6063 aluminium block.

|The shape of its section benefits from our years of experience in kitefoiling to provide the best gliding feel while keeping the strength up and the weight down.
It comes with two stainless steel helicoil inserts at the bottom and at the top to fasten the connecting parts and is therefore fully modular.
The aluminium mast can be used on every foil of the range and it is very easy to jump from one length to another (45 / 55 / 65 / 75 / 85 / 95 cm).
A number of parts are available for board connection (Plate, KF, Deep KF, Tuttle).

The TITAN mast foot is the connecting part that makes the F-ONE aluminium masts compatible with all TITAN fuselages and wings.
|It is made of 6061 aluminium, CNC machined with high precision and fully anodized. To install the TITAN mast foot, it should be inserted into the bottom end of the aluminium mast and fastened with two M6x25mm tapered head screws.|
