Mast Top Parts

The F-ONE aluminium mast can be fitted with a number of options to connect with the board. Choose from a 4-bolt top plate, a standard Tuttle head, a KF or a DKF head.
All versions are fastened to the mast through a sleeve and a two-bolt system. The Mast Top parts are machined out of solid blocks of 6061 aluminium. The accuracy of the CNC makes sure the geometry of the connection is perfect. Stainless steel inserts are used systematically to preserve the durability of the fastening connections. The Top Plate has become a market standard and is compatible with any board featuring a twin track system. The bolt spacing F-ONE uses is 160×90 mm but the latest version also features an option for 165×90 mm.
The Top Tuttle makes F-ONE foils compatible with all Tuttle boards. The Tuttle format is the original and standard format. A flange has been added around the base of the head to better spread the load through the structure of the board. The KF and DKF heads make current F-ONE foils compatible with kite or SUP foilboards produced previously with these boxes

The Mast Top Tuttle enables to connect the F-ONE aluminium masts to boards featuring a Tuttle or Deep Tuttle box. It is made of aluminium 6061, CNC machined with high precision and fully anodized.The brass inserts are designed to accommodate a variety of screw angles so you can be sure it will match the board you are using and the flange offers extra support to withstand strong loads.
To connect the Mast Top Tuttle to the mast, slide the mast into the sleeve of the part and fasten using two M6x50mm cylindrical head screws. To connect the mast to the board, insert the tuttle head in the board, insert some screws of appropriate length (not supplied) from the deck and fasten until everything is tight.
Titan Mast Foot

The TITAN mast foot is the connecting part that makes the F-ONE aluminium masts compatible with all TITAN fuselages and wings. It is made of 6061 aluminium, CNC machined with high precision and fully anodized. To install the TITAN mast foot, it should be inserted into the bottom end of the aluminium mast and fastened with two M6x25mm tapered head screws.
Adapters

F-ONE offers a range of adapters to convert the various foil head standards to a top plate geometry which enables to connect the foils onto any board fitted with a Twin Track system. These adapters are fitted and fasten onto the Tuttle, KF or DKF head of the foil using two screws. They come standard with the stainless-steel hardware (bolts and nuts) to connect with the board via the two bottom tracks.
The hardware needed to fasten the adapter onto the foil is specific to each brand and model and can therefore not be supplied. The F-ONE adapters are machined of of solid blocks of 6061 aluminium. The Deep Tuttle adapter can accept any shape (inclined or flat) and depth of Tuttle head, with a maximum depth of 60mm.
